Saturday AM Update: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice takes a massive tumble compared to its opening day last weekend with an estimated $15.35 million Friday. That's an 81% drop from its opening day last Friday, which did include $27.7 million from Thursday previews, but even excluding those numbers you're looking at a 71.5% drop. Rival studios peg the film's second weekend dropping as much as 70%, resulting in a three day weekend around $50 million.

Kevin Feige to Depart Marvel and Take Over DC FILMS; Zack Snyder to Depart with DC Films.
Under the deal, Kevin Feige will take control of the DC Films division of Warner Bros., and depart from Marvel Studios. Kevin Feige and his expert team will oversee the next era of DC Films. Kevin Feige oversaw the launch of the highly successful Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) 8 years ago. Zack Snyder will depart from directing Justice League, and leave the DC Films division of Warner Bros. entirely. Warner Brothers will continue to finance, distribute and own the DC characters.
Marvel and Warner Brothers are exploring options to integrate a Marvel/DC crossover in their plains. The crossover is expected to take place by 2021.
Bob Iger, Chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Company said: “After our great success with bringing Star Wars, Marvel and more to the big screen for the modern era, Kevin and I saw it best to give DC Comics fans great adaptations on the big screen. So Kevin will, unfortunately, depart Marvel to help bring justice to the DC Universe. This will surely be a new dawn of justice for the great library of DC Characters.”

Téma: Rozbor Supergirl aneb proč bychom neměli dostat Strážce Galaxie 4kfkTo je šílený, jak jste v tomhle defenzivní. To bylo myšleno archetypálně. Je to další dobrodružná týmovka s tím generickým hláškováním. Ale na to byl ten chlap najatej.
Co se týče Rebel Moon a MoS, tak nevim, poněvadž jsem Rebel Moon nedokázal pozřít.- Téma: Rozbor Supergirl aneb proč bychom neměli dostat Strážce Galaxie 4kfk"Že by režisér Strážců Galaxie a nového Supermana najal Gillespieho jen jako poslušnou ovečku, jíž donutí kopírovat jeho styl? Anebo teaser tak trochu klame tělem a vytváří vibe Strážců Galaxie uměle (hodně pomáhá retro song od Blondie), aby diváky ukolébal tím, že dostanou velmi povědomou a tím pádem „bezpečnou“ věc?"
To se totiž dělá bežně, že se lidem sestříhá trailer jako generická Marvelovka a pak se jim do kin pošle existenciální drama.
To je klasickej marketingovej tah. Přilákat někoho, kdo není vaše cílovka, aby ten nespokojený a případně naštvaný divák přilákal ze své sociální bubliny ty jemu odlišné, kterými se logicky obklopuje.

Tipuju PG-13 Guradians of the Galaxy mixnutý Iron Manem a Hancockem.
Klasickej přístup, když je v tom moc peňez: mixovat, co funguje a něčím to naředit - Avatar: Oheň a popel: RecenzeRodotPokud jsou tu dlouhodobě opice hodnoceny osmičkou, tato prázdná šmoulovatá chujovina by se k osmičce neměla ani přiblížit. To, že má Cameron zaraženou hlavu ve vlastní prdeli, mě nepřekvapuje. To, že se mu tam s ní vejde ještě tolik lidí, už ano. Snad to dostatečně nevydělá, ať si pak Cameron může stěžovat, co všechno chudák nestihl narvat do desetihodinové trilogie, a ujišťovat nás o jak originální pojetí a příběh jsme byli připraveni. Zrovna v čtyřce s tím chtěl začít, teda v pětce.
